1. AnyDVD behaves as-expected on my main PC. I am able to rip all DVDs and have never had any problems.

2. On a secondary machine, AnyDVD is able to "Rip Video Disc to Harddisk" with some DVDs but not others. Attached are three logfiles:

a. Mr. Mom - Fail
b. Turn of Faith - Success
c. Breach - Fail

AnyDVD is not running on my primary machine when I use it on my secondary machine.

3. Both failures display the same error message, attached.

What causes the failures on my secondary machine?

Odds are there are some sort of defects on the discs. Some drives are a lot better readers than others. My old Plextor 760As can read some discs that other newer drives cannot.
