Some BD rip in wrong language

I use AnyDVD HD frequently and rarely have an issue. But recently when I rip BD to my hard drive it rips with the wrong audio tracks (French, Spanish, or Japanesse) but not English. When I replay the video I can change languages (via my player, Power DVD 8) but English is never a choice. It recently happened with The Bank Job BD. How do I fix this issue? I am using Any DVD HD version 6.4.6.9
