RedFox will probably look into this & adjust the wording as soon as they can.
It appears that problem was already taken care of between the 19th and the 20th, when I purchased my licenses. I just checked my email account I used for the purchase and I received the "RedFox Shop" emails, within seconds of the purchase happening the second time after the initial failure.
