I just bought the movie Slow Burn which is a lionsgate film. I went to make my backup copy and nothing will work. Iam using Any DVD 6.1.6.5 and the latest Clone DVD. Any Dvd wont even crack the code. Anyone else having any problems and know what to do?

What errors do you get? What do you mean with "Any Dvd wont even crack the code", although you made a backup copy. What shows the anydvd status window?

there isnt any error at all, nothing happens when i put the dvd in. anydvd wont even run and when i go to get the file it says unable to read video files from E:/video_ts/video_ts.ifo unable to open file. I tried Zodiac and everything worked so its got to be the SlowBurn movie.

ooooh sorry I went to create the file first. It won't create the actual movie...... I tried again and it is finally going so I just hope it makes it all the way through.

Yes Lionsgate/ Sony dvds are known for this because they got this crappy arccos protection on it.
Could you post the anydvd status window for the drive here?

My Slow Burn Won't Burn either

Slow Burn won't burn for me either.
    CloneDVD gives me:
Copy Protection Error The read failed because the sector is encrypted.
    File 1 F:/VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_0.VOB -2147286263 TCSectorReader

When I select Rip DVD to harddisk, AnyDVD says:
    FIO 3 VTS_01_0.VOB 0 8192
    Under status, it reads:

Try cleaning your disc. Download Nero cd-dvd speed. It's a free program. With Anydvd running in the background, select the tab labeled "scandisc". Select the appropriate drive letter, and click "start". If Nero cd-dvd speed reports read errors, your disc is (probably) bad and needs to be exchanged--even if it plays fine (or your optical drive could be slowly dying).
