Resolved Shutter Island on Amazon Prime Doesn't Show Download Dialog Box

Shutter Island on Amazon Prime will not download because the typical download dialog box does not spawn. Tried logging out of Amazon Prime and closing Anystream Plus. Tried on a different computer. Same results. Anystream Plus is version 1.5.4.0 .

I'm not sure I didn't encounter the case yet but you can try to change the codec in the settings of AnyStream, choose AVC CBR or HEVC instead of AVC CVBR and reload the page. Sometimes they "forgot" to provide with all the codecs.
