Having a problem backing up dvd. Clonedvd2 does not see files. I get this error: DVDManager 0 IFOFormat 3
Could this be a defective dvd structure? Logfile below

That's the problem. There's no "First Play" command causing AnyDVD to think there's 0 playable sectors. Try disabling "copy protection based on read errors"
