Scaling for UHD screens

Would it be possible to implement scaling as when I try to use CloneBD on a UHD screen everything is either very tiny or doesn't fit the boxes properly.
I know I can make an external manifest file to fix the problem, but it would be nice if it was built in

A problem on a lot of existing s/w at this resolution. Wish Windows itself handled the scaling better.
