Follow the steps, please (in order):

1. Use Anydvd 6.3.0.9 beta: click http://sandbox.slysoft.com/beta/SetupAnyDVD6309.exe

You may need to reboot after installing if prompted to do so.

2. Click the red fox icon on your toolbar. Click "default". Click "ok".

3. Use the latest Clonedvd beta: click
http://forum.slysoft.com/showpost.php?p=83249&postcount=1

4. Follow the steps from this link in order: click http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=476 (follow them step by step)

Important: Uncheck or unselect title 25 with Saw IV

5. If you still have problems, then . . .

c) Right click the red fox icon on your toolbar.

e) Wait for Anydvd to create a log file.
f) A pop-up screen will appear. Take note of the location where Anydvd created the logfile and the logfile's name. Click "ok".
g) Go to your My Documents folder
h) You will see a zip file called "Anydvd_Info_titleofmydisc.zip" (or something similar; see step f)
i) When replying or posting in the Slysoft forums, look for the icon that looks like

j) If you don't see that paperclip icon, click the "go advanced" button. You should see that icon now. Click the paperclip.
k) A small pop-up screen should appear (if it doesn't please ensure your browser is enabled to allow pop-ups from the Slysoft forums)
l) Click the "Browse" button, and locate and select the .zip file you created.
m) click "upload"

B) State the full a)error message(s) you encountered (click "details"), b)tell us what program(s) you were using when you received the error message(s), and c) describe in detail what you were doing when you received the error message(s). What problem are you having exactly?

More information would be useful. What software are you using? What version of AnyDVD are you using? Generally the redundancy check errors mean the disc is bad but there are some other things you should check out first.

Please read this thread about Saw IV.

Make sure you update to AnyDVD 6.3.0.9 beta which you can find here. Currently you cannot use the AnyDVD ripper on this disc however if you use the latest CloneDVD release (2.9.1.4 beta) that you can find here you can make a working backup if you exclude Title 25 from the backup.

saw 4..

oops sorry i am using 6.3.9 version of anydvd on my windows xp and also clonedvd2 which is where i burn the disk from.

You need to remove title 25 in Clonedvd 2.9.1.4. If that doesn't work you have a bad original disc even if it plays fine.

here is the log for the movie

The latest version of AnyDVD is 6.3.0.9 beta. At present the AnyDVD ripper cannot rip this disc. I'm sure this will be resolved soon. For the time being it has been reported by another user if you use CloneDVD and deselect Title 25 you should be able to make a working backup.

Your Filters are fine.
