Saw 3 and Open season

ok, I'm having difficulty coping the following movies. I do have the latest versions of ANYDVD and CLONE DVD, but it's still not working. I did Open season with clone dvd and burned the movie with this same software, however we got NO SOUND..any ideas? I'm frustrated. I also have dvd dycrpter and NOTHING WORKS.

walk me through it PLEASE

thanks for your quick reply. I'll try that. I did copy Saw 3 and tried my dvd burn of Open Season and it was a perfect copy. THANKS AGAIN,
