When I try to copy a DVD movie onto a Traxdata DVD+R DL cloneDVD says there is no disc in the writer.
After a restart of CloneDVD it says that my burner is not compatible with CloneDVD.
I've installed the newest firmware.

Does anyone know about this problem, or even better: Does anyone have a solution?

Use Verbatim +R DL only--and I recommend using Clonecd instead of Clonedvd when using +R DL media: read http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=327
