rip of sunshine HD not playable with power dvd 3104

hello

I have ripped the blu ray sunshine with the last version available.
but I can play with power dvd the rip result because the zone is not the good one.
I think that the zone should have been removed by any dvd HD
any idea ?
 
when you rip the disc manually set the region to the region of the disc in AnydvdHD rather than leaving it set to automatic
 
Well I have region A and it worked for me, so not sure what else to recommend
