Both 5.4.3.2 and 5.4.3.4 are having the same problem on my machine. At first both were working fine. After just a little bit neither of them would show that an image was mounted. (i.e. Both would change the drive name from DVD Drive to CDROM Drive but explorer would not show anything for the total size or free space.) If I double clicked on the drive windows tells me to insert a disk. However if I draged the drive to a media player the player would play the mounted disk.

What operating system?

OS Info

The OS is Windows XP SP3 will all updates. AnyDVD 6.5.7.1 is also installed.

I have two virtual drives. The G drive now works as expected. The F drive still has the problem.

Problem Cause Found - Not a VCD Problem

I've finally figured out what was going on. I had a VirtualBox instance of CentOS that, unknown to me, was automounting the VCD drive as soon as the VCD drive mounted an image. Once I unmounted the drive from VirtualBox everything was fine. Sorry for the extra traffic and thanks for the help. - John
