[Resolved] Problems with the mummy 3

I have a problem with the mummy the tomb of the dragon emperor, region 1. The version of the anydvd is 6.4.9.2, the program give me an error and the protection is not removed complety. Is there an other version of the anydvd to solve this problem?

Bad original disc even if it plays fine


Here are your options in order of likelihood:

A. The original disc is bad even if it plays fine. Exchange it.

B. The disc is dirty. Clean it.

C. Your drive is slowly dying. Try a different drive.

D. The cable on the back of your drive is bad. Exchange it.

Hi. The problem was a bad dvd, I tried with other original of the mase title and the copy was suscessfull.
