Hello,
I have been backing up my DVDs for many years and have never had a problem quite like this. I went to backup a DVD that I had on my computer today, and when I went to select what drive that I wanted it to write to, the box was blank. All of my drivers are up to date, both drives show up in My Computer and device manager. The weird thing is that Clone DVD recognizes the DVD drives when you select the source at the beginning, and Any DVD recognizes it. My drives are labeled A & B respectively, Device manager recognizes both, Clone DVD will allow me to select either as a source, Any DVD will only recognize drive B, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Clone and still nothing, Please help.

Ok, switched my drive paths back to F & G which is what they were originally, and it worked like a charm, didn't realize that would affect it like that, thanks alot, Slysoft products are the best.:bowdown::doh::doh:
