I am not getting that far. This is happening when I open AnyStream Plus and each service loads. When loading Hulu I get the screenshot in the file uploaded. And the log reads:

I'm seeing this too. Uninstalled 1.3.4.1 fully to install 1.3.4.2 and now I'm able to sign into Hulu and complete the 2FA, but after I just get 'provider setup failed'.

Reported to developers immediately. Sorry about this. But when we make changes to the program it can affect other providers, Like I said, I have reported it to our lead developer.
 
Very strange but I can not reproduce this error, please make sure all your settings are correct and your country is right and language and disconnect VPN if using one.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled. Went through all of the Providers and logged in fine with the exception of Hulu. Still getting the same error message. Not sure what to do.

Mike, please don't worry, we will figure it out, I have the log file you posted above, there is a big-time difference between you and the developers, they are sleeping now, they will look at it asap and see what's causing this. Plus I am also working on it. Please don't worry my friend. The main thing that causes those issues is networking, something blocking your network from reaching Hulu. Check that out on your end. You have the wrong language in your setting, it should be Untied States English. English English is for the UK.
 
If it helps, here is my log too. Just tried again and got the same issue.
