[ Resolved] Disney+ Titles not available

New to the app, so maybe I am missing something, but every Disney title I try to download says "Couldn't retrieve playlist. Title may not be available or requires payment. Check the log for details."

I am afraid the developers will need you to upload the entire log file. I am not in the USA but I use D+ USA and I am not able to reproduce your issues.

Are you trying to download a title that is not available yet or actually requires additional payment?
Does the userprofie have access to the video?
Can you play it in the browser?

I have the same issues. Tested with older version 1.2.2.0 and the latest 1.2.4.1 on different PCs.

You tested and excluded all the possible issues, Don922 and I listed ?

I fixed it, by simply logging off and logging in my D+ account in AS.

Btw., these things were all okay.
