I have been unable to download any episodes (after episode 1 which was successful) for the TV Series "Leverage: Redemption" on Amazon Prime.

The error message (screenshot attached) is:
    Could not load playlist:
    Host s3-iad-2.cf.dash.row.aiv-cdn.net not found

Other shows on Amazon shows still download fine.
I am using v1.2.2.4, but had the same problem with 1.2.2.2 (I downgraded to test it).
I am running AnyStream in a virtual machine (VMWare Fusion 12.2.0) on my Mac.
    I am in the UK.
    Log attached.

I wish I could help here but I don't have a Mac with Parallels, to try and reproduce this. I am sure the devs will look at your logs and see a reason for this. ( nor do I have VMWare Fusion)

cheers. I am not sure it is a Parallels problem (everything else works just fine), but I know the more info the devs have the better).

Are you able to download episode 2 (don't try if it effects your personal token quote though)?

Don't worry about my token quota, I will always help if I can. I appreciate your thoughtfulness. So you want me to try and download Episode 2 of TV Series "Leverage: Redemption on Amazon, what season?

Thanks so much, but episode 1 downloads fine. It's episode 2 onwards that is causing problems for me.

    cheers, J.

If it helps any, I have downloaded episodes 1-6 (so far) of Leverage Redemption (Season 1) without any issues. I am working on the rest of the season now.

Agh, sorry - I saw episode 1 above the download bar and misread it.

So at least we know it is downloadable and perhaps either a VM or an area-of-the-world issue.

    Thanks for your help!

It does help, thanks for sharing!

Are you running natively in Windows (I am running in a VM on a Mac).
Where on the world are you (I am in the UK).

Another data-point for the devs - I see this problem in 1.2.3.0 as well.

I think we have enough info for the devs to have look - thanks though!

I am in the USA, native Windows 10. No VPN. I was using the beta 1.2.2.4 for episodes 1-5, but now for episodes 6 (and on), I am using 1.2.3.0. So far, no issues with any of the episodes.

Great, thanks for that info. So my issue could be VM or region related,

I am not in the USA, I am a thousand miles (1,200) off the coast of Miami.

I restarted the Virtual Machine and it now works :)

I feel a bit stupid for not trying that first (I did everything else, restarted AnyStream, updated AnStream..).

    Thanks everyone!

I spoke too soon. I was able to download episode 2 and then I got the same error with episode 3 onwards. Another 2nd restart of the Virtual Machine did not fix it this time.
