Hello,

I am trying to rip a DVD with CloneDVD 2 (2.9.1.5) using the Copy DVD Titles and can not seem to get rid of the commentary track. I have no idea who actually listens to that, let alone have no other option. I alot of DVDs and don't ever recall not being able to get rid of the commentary.

Every rip has been with audio commentary and no movie sound. I have tried removing each of the audio streams English Dolby AC3/2(one at a time) in the "Audio and Subtitle Settings" menu. One resulted in no change, the other no audio at all.

Any suggestions?

Always make sure you are using the latest software when encountering any sort of issue. You are not up to date. CloneDVD 2.9.2.2 is the latest release: http://www.slysoft.com/download.html. Update and start the process over.

Yes, I should have followed the golden rule and updated the software first, although it was the info in the link that allowed me to fix the issue. I changed from 2 channel to 6 channel and it worked fine.

Thank you.
