Request Keys

My computer recently crashed and I am having to reload clonedvd and clonebd which I purchased. I emailed elby for them to resend my keys but it has been several days and I have not heard back from them. Anybody got any suggestions or had this same problem? Thanks

You should always keep your keys non resident to your computer. Maybe a USB stick, or upload to a Cloud product. Did you use this form

Elby product keyfile's can be redownloaded through the Avangate site. If you set that up. When you made your purchase.

I just contacted an elby admin (not support) and he should have sent you your licens(es)
