I've been a longtime owner of AnyDVD, renewing yearly. I tried to renew yesterday (lifetime subscription this time!) using Visa, but my bank rejected because of fraud protection (I'm in the U.S.). I have whitelisted MyFashionMall with my bank and they said they will not block future transactions.

So, I tried to renew my license again by using my license number and email address, but the RedFox website immediately skips to step 4/4:Finished! and says there was a problem with my old order, even though I'm trying to do a new order.

Is this a problem with the new CC system, or am I doing something wrong?
 
I believe there's a switch that can override this but i can't seem to find it atm. Maybe try a different browser?
 
Thanks for the tip Ch3vr0n, but unfortunately It didn't work for me. My original attempt was using Chrome and credit card #1, but since my previous post I tired Edge (non-Chromium version) and Safari for PC and using credit cards #2 and #3, but both of the new attempts failed in the same way. :(
 
@Ivan or @Jill does one of you know the URL switch to force a new order? I know if was something like ...?order=new but I can't remember
