The installation info. in the current Read Me First document is out of date, it does not show the actual menus of the latest version of Reclock. I would be most helpfull for me and perhaps others if the Read Me First could be updated with advice on how to configure the current settings. It would also be very useful to have some advice on setting Reclock up with modern TVs e.g. that can handle 23, 24 and 25fps frame rates.
