Resolved Re-installing Windows

    I am planning on reinstalling windows on my system. Do I need to deactivate Anystream prior to doing so to move my license? or is it just a matter of re-downloading my license file?

    You just install AS again and then double-click your license file.

    Don't lose your files to activate it. A full re-install deletes everything.

    Can you re-download a license file? Mine came attached to an email after I purchased them (base license and Plus license) which I saved and have reused it whenever I've done a re-install. I also have the emails they license file was sent on saved away in the cloud in case something happens to the files (always have a backup).

    Just remember you can only use the lost key link if you have the exact same e-mail as you bought the program with.
