Yes. 7.6.9.5 with a Slysoft license still works for many disks, but the OPD is no longer functional with this version so new BD disks won't be accessing the OPD. 8.0.2.0 in trial mode or with valid Red Fox license will have access to the OPD

Don't forget new DVD after may 31 can also fall in that as well-it might not decypt them if it requires a OPD access.
