I have 2 DVD-RW drives, but I don't see the option to tell CloneDVD that my source DVD is in one and the blank DVD is in the other. It makes me replace the original with the blank into the same drive. Any ideas?

In the title configuration screen, chances are you are selecting the right drive.

But in the output method screen, you need to tell Clonedvd what burner to use. There should be a white box down
below where you choose your write speed and what burner to use. Ensure you've selected the proper drive.
