1. Does the "Hardware Region Code: Simulate RPC2 drive with matching region" option have to be enabled to play DVDs with regions different from the region of the hardware DVD drive?

2. If the "Region Code Scripts" option removes the RCE, then how does that differ from the "Software Region Code" option?

3. If a DVD has bad sectors, and the "Copy Protection based on unreadable Sectors" option is not enabled, will AnyDVD HD be able to rip the DVD to harddisk/image? The descriptions says to enable this option if you wish to copy a DVD with CloneDVD or similar program. Does this also apply when using the AnyDVD HD rip to harddisk/image feature?

4. What is the "title domain" in regards to the "Remove annoying titles shorter than" option? If this option is set to nine minutes, would this for example also remove special feature/main movie video clips shorter than nine minutes?

Most, if not all of those questions can be answered by right-clicking on the option. A pop-up will tell you what it is for.

"Software Region Code" is just the setting in the video_ts.ifo file.

No. It will run into errors.

Yes, it will remove titles shorter. Hint: Test these settings with "live" playback. No need to "rip" first.
