Purchased HD LTL August 2015, can I combine general 20% discount?

I assume that reading the info on pricing, I am "entitled" to a 20% discount as a holder of a LTL prior to 2015.12.1 (by the way, is that 1st December 2015, or 12 January 2015), can I combine this with the general 20% discount you are currently offering everyone?
 
The general 20% one is the same as the one you're entitled too. See bullet point 3 in the sticky.
