Trying to download older movies that I purchased on Amazon. "Shoot Out" , "The Mating Season" and "Alexander's Ragtime Band".
After clicking on the Download button I received a pop-up box with the following error:
Could not load playlist: Protocol "" is unknown.
Any suggestions?
 
I can't locate any log file created from this error. The error doesn't appear to be critical, just a simple windows pop-up.
