I had the trial version and copied Guardians of the Galaxy no problem. I bought full version and now I am trying to copy In To The Storm. I get to the processing part and it says transcoding but it does nothing. Stays at 0% and never moves. I let it run all night and it still at 0 this morning. I have tried ripping to HD with anydvd. I tried copy to disc. Nothing is working.clone.JPG

I just added the Apple 6 plus to the output container and it is working fine. Still cant make a blu ray.
