Profile Picture Images Are Not Uploading

I can not upload a profile picture image in the User CP. I keep getting an "Invalid File" message when I try to upload a .jpeg image that meets the size requirements for images. Is anyone else having this problem?

Resize to 100x100, upload. It will show the picture, then error out when you click save, however the picture will still be saved.
