Problems with subtitles & navigate through MKV

MP4: The subtitles are branded in the film (see the preview while convert). The subtitles not in the mp4 file. Popcornhour and VLC-Player dont show the subtitles
MKV: You can not jump, spool in the file. It seems the are a streaming-Tag in the file that make it to interpret as stream
