No, as we don't need abridged logs but full ones. You're also not saying what you're trying to do, what is happening, what the error message is if you're getting any... We need a lot more info

Decryption fails. Please post an AnyDVD logfile.

OK so my dad hasn't been able to copy anything, when he starts the video reading it gets up so far then it says an error occurred. Apparently this hasn't happened before. It started doing this a couple of months ago. the attached files is screenshots of what we're doing including the error screen, also sending the log too, if anyone knows whats we're doing different, please enlighten us. we have the 2.9.3.3 version. Thanks

ps, I tried switching the quality (DVD-5) to the DVD +/- DL and if finished the video reading, but wont write because the data source is to large. Of course we dont have dual layer discs or writer, but it told me there's no problem with CloneDVD reading the disc(s). Oh and please know, me and my dad aren't the most tech savvy so please be patient with us.:)

That's a copy paste from the status window. Not a logfile. See the link in post 3. That said, start by setting your drive hardware region.

Yup, but your drive region is still not set. You need to set it or AnyDVD may have decryption problems.

How do you change the drive hardware region?

  • Right click the fox on your system tray. Exit Anydvd
  • Click start. Right click on "My computer"--->select "properties".
  • Click on the 'Hardware' tab--->click the 'device manager' button.
  • Open the dvd/cdrom branch---> right click on your optical drive
  • Click "properties".
  • You should have a region tab. From there you can select a region.
  • Select the region that you're in
  • Start Anydvd

Thank you!
@Ch3vr0n is right, setting your drive region will fix your problem.
Are you in a hurry copying this disc? If yes, set your drive region and don't read any further.

Okay, you're still here.
Some questions:
1.) Did you ever got a working copy with AnyDVD / CloneDVD with this drive?
2.) If yes, when did it work the last time? Do you remember the AnyDVD version you used?
3.) Does a disc you have copied before still work? (easy test, insert the original disc, play it with DVD player software).
4.) If it works, can you post a logfile of this disc?
5.) It it doesn't, what else changed? (OS?)

If you are not in a hurry and feel brave enough to test, you can wait for an AnyDVD update.
And set your drive region code later.
Thank you in advance!

In case you haven't set your region code:
please try AnyDVD 8.1.5.1: https://forum.redfox.bz/threads/anydvd-hd-8-1-5-1-beta.73028/
You must delete your CSS archive before testing:
AnyDVD settings -> Video DVD -> CSS Keys -> Select the correct disc -> hit DEL

Thanks!
Thanks for the Help
