Problems with DVD

Installed now AnyDVD 6.2.0.2

The DVD's i Insert in my DVD-ROM Drive are not available.
It seems that theres someting run but after 10min. Still nothing.
Updated DVD-ROM Firmware. Installed new drivers for mainboard.
But still the same Problem.
 
Did you reboot after the install of AnyDVD?
Try uninstalling your drive(s) in Devise manager and reboot.
