Problems with Band Of Brothers

Have copied the first 5 discs in the Band of Brothers series no prob. I am using anydvd version 6.1.5.5 and dvd shrink version 3.2.15 When i attempt to rip disc 6 to my HD i get the error message "failed to read file D:\ data error cyclic redundancy check". Ripped other movies after no prob and able to view this disc on my pc no prob. Just can't rip it. Has anyone else had this prob? Any ideas would be much apprciated.

Try cleaning the disc. If that fails, then exchange it. Do some searching and reading on the causes of CRC errors.

I too had the same problem with B.o.B. disc 6. Everything else worked just fine. A friend of mine loaned me his number 6 disc and it backed up just fine. Go figure... My guess is that we ended up with the bad batch of bonus discs.

Great ideas guys. On close examination of the disc i noticed scratches at the edge which is probably why dvd shrink stops analysing at 84%. Will just netflix disc 6.
