Problems converting to Creative Zen Vision W

I am using AnyDVD and CloneDVD to put videos onto my Creative Zen Vision W 60GB. If I select Creative Zen W as my device, CloneDVD automatically converts the video to AVI (DivX), the resulting videos crash my Creative when I try to play them. I have to convert them to WMV using Windows Media Encoder or Creative Video Converted to make them play. I am using a trial version right now and I am impressed with the software except for this one issue.

Any ideas or suggestions? Any known bugs? Can I force CloneDVD to put the videos into WMV instead of DivX AVI?
