Problemi a rippare blu ray su hard disk

Ho installato anydvd 6.5.0.7 e ho un masterizzatore lg ggw-h20l con windows xp pro 32 bit sp3 se provo a fare decrypta un blu ray mi dice:
Anydvd hd ripper puo' copiare solo dischi hd dvd. Perche'?
Se invece faccio crea immagine funziona.
Con windows vista home premium 32bit sp1 funziona tutto. E' un problema solo di windows xp ? A nessuno capita ? Qualcuno mi puo' aiutare ?

si ho ho gia' eseguito tutte le operazioni ma non funziona
