Hallo zusammen,
ich habe ein Problem mit dem oben angegebenen BD DVD Laufwerk von Matshita in meinem Dell XPS 15 mit OS Windows 8 Pro.
Die zu kopierenden DVDs werden zwar im Player abgespielt, jedoch kann AnyDVD bzw CloneDVD (alles in der neuesten Version) nicht mit dem Kopiervorgang beginnen.
Folgendes erscheint bei AnyDVD als Mitteilung unter "Status":

Wie oben angegeben wird der Regionscode scheinbar nicht erkannt, obwohl er beim Gerät in der Systemsteuerung gesetzt ist.
Kompatibilitätsmodi, Ausführen als Admin wurde bereits versucht, leider vergeblich.
In CloneDVD erscheint folgender Bildschirm:
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn jemand eine Lösung für das Problem hätte.
