problema cuando intento comprar any dvd hd

descargue y instale la version de prueva de any dvd hd, al intentar comprarlo en la pagina de slysoft relleno el inpreso y me pide un numero de serie o licencia que no viene ¿alguien puede decirme como conseguirlo ?
 
Cuando estas en la pagina de comprar tienes q marcar la opcion "AnyDVD" y "AnyDVD HD option". La compra de Anydvd con HD es de 79 si eres un usuario nuevo, y 30 si ya tienes anydvd regular.

Nota: Si no tienes HD player, no tienes q comprar anyDVD HD, puedes comprar la version regular que cuesta $49
