It gets to about 40% and then this pops up:

You can try to set AI scanner to "always enabled", but I believe your disc and / or drive is dirty and / or defective.
 
Will try, No problem with Skyscraper or Hotel Transylvania 3
 
Switched Al scanner to "always enabled" and cleaned drive, problem solved! Thanks James!
