Problem with converting to mp4

If i try to copy the Blu-Ray 'The Matrix', CloneBD just freezes at 69%. No error message, the timer for elapsed time just keeps counting whilst the one for remaining time just shows 00:00:00. Creating an ISO image works, but if i try to convert from the ISO, it just freezes at the exact same point.
