hello, while trying to backup "The Who - The Vegas Job", region1 1999, I get unexpected error:

any dvd shows the following:

What does the last line mean? any idea as to the solution? using anydvd version 6.1.6.5 and clonedvd2 version 2.9.0.9 - upgraded today. thanks in advance
 
and also source disc shows 100% good in nero cdspeed.
and it appears to be working if the preserve menus feature is turned off.
any idea how I can get a successful backup with menus intact?
