Problem when starting any profile

We are still working on this... proving to be a tough bug to track down.
 
Problems also occurs with other games

Hey, the problem that is described here also happens on my computer with Battlefield Bad Company 2. I tried to copy it in different ways (autoselection, profile selection, copying the whole dvd), but the loading screen always appears and now is there for 2 hours. I hope that this bug is fixed soon
