During the installation of Reclock I got an error. The resampler.dll could not be found.
I looked inside the reclock directory and the resampler.dll is present. After a short investigation I remembered I had installed a windows security patch.
This patch helps protect against DLL preloading vulnerabilities in software applications on the Windows platform.

This patch kept reclock from using the dll during install. After I had added the reclock dir (C:\Program Files\ReClock) to the windows search path, the installation completed without any errors.
Could this small installation glitch be fixed?
