Does using the Reg tool help?
You should find it in a similar location to this:
C:\Program Files\SlySoft\CloneDVDmobile\RegCloneDVDmobile.exe

Make sure the program is not running when trying to activate, if you double click the license key and it wont activate contact support with your license information. And please elaborate what crashed, was it CloneDVDMobile or your computer.
