I really like the X-RAY feature on Prime. Does anyone know how it works? Is this function possible downloaded for a certain video? That feature is absolutely amazing. For each scene, it has a description of the actors who are playing just there in this moment. I'm sad that I can't display this feature when playing a movie offline. Is here a way ?

not that I know of, but I will look further into it, after doing a little research, I doubt that will ever be possible on the download of video. But we never know what the future holds.

Just after video pausing you can see this function on Prime and more another details about actors. (quick phone photo only)

; I don’t think it’s part of the original video. So how would you access it off-line?

Yes the video probably not contains this one. It looks as individual feature. But i dont know how it work.

I will bring it up at the next staff meeting. But I wouldn’t expect this to be available.

The text may be stored in something similar to a subs file, but I reckon you'd need a special player to take advantage of it.

I am just guessing of course, but it may be that these are separate files that Amazon injects into the film at certain sequences. , if you download the movie you do not get these files, and if they are not available to download even on a file you bought I can't imagine how this is done. Now that I have said what I think, I may be totally wrong, maybe you need a special player that can detect these in the files, (just guessing here) as I said, I will ask the developers about it. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. I just do not see how you could use this feature offline. ;)
