I don't think you are doing anything wrong, if it will not load, I will send your log file to the developers. Thanks for that. Sorry about the error, was it just one movie or all of them>
 
I should clarify, I really do not know what you are doing so I can't say whether you are doing it wrong.
 
Thank you for sending my log file to the developers. I encounter this problem with many downloads I try in the moment. I can add more log files, if necessary.

For clarification: I do not expect help from you Redfox 1. But it would be very helpful for me, if somebody could at least clarify that it is not a problem on my side, but a problem of the beta-version, which will be fixed.

Only the devs can do this, it might be, but I am not the developer. I will try to get your issue escalated. Delete the program, make sure you have 1292 loaded, and reinstall and try again. I hope you are not using a VPN.
