PowerDVD17 17.0.2820.62 retail update (2018-05-09)

If not for the SGX fix I doubt they would have pushed a newer update for v17.

Note: This patch is not for PowerDVD Live subscribers, OEM versions, or versions purchased via Steam.
  • Resolves the Intel SGX installation error (code: 3901751298) issue received when playing Ultra HD Blu-rays on certain platforms.
  • Minor bug fixes.
