Starts to copy, then errors
With all the information you supplied, I hope you're not looking for a meaningful answer.
As Chevron would say, "Let's try again, shall we?"
Pay extra attention to step 5 - a logfile is needed to give any meaningful help.
Here's my log file...
It's a US Redbox edition, if you can't tell by the logs.
From the log:
Set your drive hardware region & try again. EXIT ANYDVD COMPLETELY before you go into device manager to set the region. The tray icon CAN NOT be active
"Drive (Hardware) Region: 0 (not set!)"

1. To set your region right click on the red fox icon in your system tray and click on "Exit"
2. Go to device manager to set the region for your drive
After doing the above install the beta at below link and try copying the disc again
(post a new log if you still have a problem)
installing the new beta isn't a requirement. Try without first, if that fails. try with
Your disc and / or drive is dirty and / or defective. And please, set your drive region code.
