I have been a big fan of CloneDVD until I upgraded my RAM to 4 GB's. My fully updated XP Pro runs my Nero 7 software perfectly. But now, when
I use CloneDVD, my Plextor 760A burner locks up, and shudders violently every 10 seconds. Has anyone reading this ever had that experience, or might have a clue as to what is wrong? No other software is giving me a problem, with my system. I would really like to sort this out.
    Many thanks for any advice.

Wow, sorry. No idea. I have a Plextor PX-760 on a two gig XP system without any issues (I have Nero and all the slysoft apps).

    Problem Solved!

I sorted it out, and the problem with my burner locking up turned out to be with my XP Pro configuration. I reformatted, and reloaded the same software. This time I'm running your software, and it's running like a champ. I think when I reloaded Windows, it configured itself to my memory upgrade. Where it had not, initially. So, I'm back to using your software, and loving it! :agree:
Many Thanks for offering, and continuing to enhance your product.
