Please provide instructions for cloning a Blu Ray DVD

I get to the point of selecting the directory for the cloning process. I tried all of the directories and none are accepted by CloneDVD. Please advise.
 
What is the purpose of AnyDVD HD then? I upgraded my version hoping to back up my Blu Ray and HD DVDs to some hard drives.
