Hi, I attached the log zip and the first part of the error message (txt file)

this was done using the files ripped to the hard drive first and then running cloneDVD mobile against those.

First, you have an old AnyDVD version. Currently we are at 6710.

Try this beta for cloneDVD mobile.

I can't tell what version of CloneDVD mobile that you are using from the logs but given the thread title I assume it's v1.6.2.0. I'd update to CloneDVD mobile 1.7.1.1 beta (http://sandbox.slysoft.com/beta/SetupCloneDVDmobile1711.exe). If you still have a problem then report the problem including posting logs and the developers will take a look.

Secondly, you are using AnyDVD 6.6.6.0 which is in the area of 4 months old and there have been approximately 36 updates released since then. Please update to AnyDVD 6.7.1.2 beta (http://sandbox.slysoft.com/beta/SetupAnyDVD6712.exe).
